With an Education Package, you’re ensuring that all of your Socrata users have access to the training they need to do their jobs – whenever they need it. There’s no limit to the number of times classes can be taken, allowing users to repeat classes when they need a refresher or update on new features. There are no seat licenses either, so you can onboard new Socrata users at any time as your program grows to include new team members, departments, or agencies.

The education program content is ideal for:

  • Program managers and administrators – get the most out of your investment by making sure you know how to leverage every feature in your Socrata stack, or get a closer look at a new solution you’re considering adding

The Standard Education Program includes unlimited access to all of the Socrata live and on-demand courses via the education portal at


The Premium Education Program can be added to the Standard Education Program and includes:

  • Up to 10 hours of Socrata virtual instructor-led, education courses tailored with your data, workflows, and use cases taught twice per year and recorded
  • Four + days per year of onsite Socrata Education (2 + days twice per year) including travel


Let Socrata create custom education for your program. We create live training courses that we can deliver or we can conduct train-the-trainers for your training staff. We can create video-based and interactive courseware for you to put into your own Learning Management System.
